Leah Piepgras, a resident of Boston, earned a BFA from Kansas City Art Institute and a MFA from Carnegie Mellon University. She is both a performance artist and visual artist. Leah paints with a desire to combine both the botanical and the human form adding passion and sexuality to her work, something she calls “biological eroticism.” Her palette elicits warm and tender imagery creating a “glorification of sex and love.”
