Payment Terms

We request payment at time of sale via cash, check, MC/Visa.

New artist inquiries

Portfolios can be sent to David Diamond or to us via email.

If you need the portfolio returned please provide a stamped self -addressed envelope to DNFA. Please allow time for review.

Sales Policy

DNFA will not, as a general policy, accept returns. Clients wishing to trade in a work for a work from the same artist may inquire, but the decision to ‘trade’ shall lie solely with the artist, we make no guarantee with regards returns. All items are sold ‘as is”.

Art Disclosure

We cannot guarantee that all information on this site is current. There may be errors, omissions, changes in art/artists, unavailability of works, changes in prices, or the information DNFA has posted may be incomplete, or inaccurate in all its content.

All artwork should be purchased solely on the merits of the image before the viewer and nothing more. Artwork should never be purchased for ‘investment purposes’ whether based on the ‘name’ of artist, subject matter, exhibition history, etc. We do not guarantee that there shall be a resale market for the artwork we sell.
